By now you are most likely sick of hearing about 2020, a year we’d all rather put behind us as quickly as possible. But it would be remiss of us not to reflect on the year, our first year as a new business, and take note as we head into 2021.

Although we were formed on more than two decades of construction industry experience, FACT Training launched on January 1st 2020 as a brand new small business. With no idea of the challenges that lay ahead, our small team embarked on our new adventure.

The word ‘unprecedented’ has been uttered so often that it seems to have lost its meaning, but there really is no other way to describe 2020. We are incredibly proud (and relieved!) to have not only survived the year, but to have grown and accomplished so much too.

This last year has also encouraged us all to look out for our community and each other. We are proud to have been able to offer free digital mental health resources for our clients, online learning tools for young people, and complementary places on courses throughout the new year.

We have also been pleased to see the development of our own team blossom throughout the year, with lead assessor Josh adding highly sought-after qualifications to his portfolio, and many personal achievements gained by all members of the FACT family.

We offer an enormous thank you to everyone who helped us along the way – to every candidate and client, every trainer and team member, and every follower who has joined us on our journey.
